Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment at no penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked.
Attendance
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to a warning, restricted booking access, suspension or cancellation of your membership.
Availability
All bookings are subject to session availability, consultation, medical suitability, learner and tutor requirements, and safe treatment intervals.
No guarantees
Membership gives you access to eligible sessions - it does not guarantee any specific treatment, date, practitioner or result.
