Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Cosmetic College team.
Members may hold up to 3 upcoming bookings at one time so spaces remain fair.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may lead to warnings, booking restrictions, suspension or cancellation.
Membership does not guarantee access to any specific treatment, date, practitioner or result.
Default no-show policy: two late cancellations or no-shows within a membership period may result in restricted booking access, suspension or cancellation of membership.

What is Model Club Unlimited?
Model Club Unlimited is a monthly membership for eligible model clients. It gives active members access to unlimited eligible model treatment sessions, subject to availability, consultation, suitability and training requirements.
How much does the membership cost?
The membership is £125 per month, billed monthly as a recurring subscription.
Are all treatments included?
No. Some treatments are included, some are excluded, and some require approval or a supplement. Advanced or product-heavy treatments may carry an additional charge.
Are bookings guaranteed?
No. All model sessions are subject to availability, consultation, medical suitability, learner and tutor requirements, safe treatment intervals and treatment-specific contraindications.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access, suspension or cancellation of membership.
Can I cancel online?
Yes. Members can manage or cancel their subscription from the Model Club member dashboard. The Cosmetic College team can also help with subscription support.
