Price Promise terms

The Black Friday Price Promise applies to bookings for 2026 course dates made between 20 October and 23 November 2026. If we publish a lower Black Friday price for the same course on the same date, we’ll credit the difference to your account by 11 December 2026.

Credit can be used on any onsite or online course and is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued. It can’t be exchanged for cash, withdrawn or transferred. A date that sells out doesn’t get brought back.

E-learning, CPD and bundle bookings are excluded. One claim per booking; the promise cannot be combined with another offer.

Questions

Does the Price Promise cover bundles and CPD courses?

The Price Promise covers individual 2026 course dates booked between 20 October and 23 November 2026. E-learning, CPD and the bundle offers on this page are excluded.

Can I combine two bundles?

Each bundle is booked separately at its advertised price. Bundle prices cannot be combined with discount codes, points, referral credit or another offer.

What happens if a date is full?

A full date cannot be booked. Neither an offer nor the Price Promise holds a seat or brings a sold-out date back. An advisor can help you find another date.

How do the free seats in a bundle work?

Included courses are added to your basket with the bundle and charged at £0. You must attend the dates listed in the offer, and every course must still have a seat available.

Can I pay by instalments?
