Our e-learning platform provides you with access to all the course material for your qualification. You can complete the course and assignments from anywhere. You'll submit your completed unit assignments for marking through the platform 2 weeks prior to your onsite training day. As part of the course, you'll design, plan and present a micro-teaching session for final assessment.

The award is studied partially online including coursework & assessment. Work at your own pace, 1 day attendance required. The perfect qualification to take your career further!

Course Duration This fast-track programme is designed to run over 12 weeks, including pre-study and onsite training. Completion within this timeframe is dependent on timely submission of coursework and successful first-time completion of all required assignments and your micro-teach assessment.

You can plan and deliver training in further education or in a private beauty and aesthetics academy, to the standard awarding bodies ask for before you teach their qualifications. To assess learners, add our VTCT Level 3 CAVA assessor certificate. To quality assure assessment in a centre, take our Level 4 IQA award. No. This award teaches you to plan and deliver training. CAVA, the VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, qualifies you to assess learners. IQA, the VTCT Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance, qualifies you to quality assure other assessors. The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is a fuller teaching qualification. Many trainers take this award first, then add CAVA.

This award is the teaching qualification awarding bodies usually ask for before you deliver their courses, alongside your own qualification and experience in the subject you teach. Each awarding body and training centre sets its own rules for tutors, so check their requirements. If you will also assess learners, you will need an assessor qualification such as our CAVA.
