What this course is - and what it is not

This is online theory training with a certificate on completion. It does not include supervised practical training or hands-on assessment. These online theory courses are knowledge-based only. They are designed for qualified professionals with relevant prior training and/or industry experience, and may be suitable as refresher training or to widen theoretical understanding. They do not replace practical onsite training and do not automatically provide insurance eligibility. Check your insurer's requirements before treating clients.

Do I need previous experience?

How do I access the training?
