This course is delivered through the following training units:

• UBT247: Client care and consultation
• UBT248: Enhance appearance using microblading techniques

• UCO35: Health and safety in the salon

Theory Training

Each training unit includes comprehensive online training through our e-learning platform and requires a written assignment to be completed for each unit, which is to be completed prior to attending onsite practical training. UBT249 does not have a written unit, this is replaced with an online theory multiple choice exam.

Practical Training

Onsite practical training is structured as follows:

• Day 1: Practical Training (9:45am - 5pm)
• Day 2: Practical Training (9:45am - 5pm)

Case Studies

Following completion of your theory and practical training, you will be required to complete 5 case studies independently. You will have 6 weeks to complete these case studies. You will be required to source your own models and complete the case study treatments fully from end to end and submit these to us to be included in your overall portfolio of work.

Final Practical Assessment (8 Weeks Post Practical Training)

Following the full completion of your theory, practical, case studies and theory examination you will be scheduled to attend your final practical assessment, which will be conducted over two days. This will be for you to demonstrate competency in microblading with your examiner. This assessment will be scheduled 8 weeks after your practical training dates.

Course Duration This fast-track programme is designed to run over 12 weeks, including pre-study and onsite training. Completion within this timeframe is dependent on timely submission of coursework and successful first-time completion of all required assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
